The offer
What we hand you on day one
This isn't a logo on a slide. Ambassadors get real tools, real support, and real perks for putting ScholarXIV in front of the people who'd use it.
ScholarXIV Go, on us
Your account is upgraded to the Go plan for one year — federated search, Health, Write compile, storage, and Papers API access while you represent us.
The merch kit
Stickers, tees, and the kind of desk gear people ask about. Show up to a lab meeting or a hackathon looking the part.
A stipend for events
Running a workshop, a reading group, or a booth? We fund the pizza, the posters, and the room so you're never covering it yourself.
Resources & playbooks
Slide decks, demo scripts, and a direct line to the team — everything you need to introduce ScholarXIV without starting from a blank page.
Beta builds & early access
You see new features before anyone else and help shape them. Your feedback goes straight to the people building the product.
A network that travels
Join a cohort of ambassadors across campuses and companies — a group you keep long after the term ends.
The fit
Who we're looking for
You don't need a title or a following. You need a place full of people who read papers, and the itch to bring them a better way to do it.
On campus
Undergrads, grad students, PhD candidates, and postdocs who live in the literature and know the reading groups, labs, and society channels worth reaching.
Inside a company
Researchers and engineers on R&D, data, or ML teams who can bring ScholarXIV into the way their colleagues find and read work.
The application
Tell us about you
A few minutes is all it takes. We read every application and reply by email — no automated rejections, no ghosting.
The cohort
Accepted ambassadors
People currently representing ScholarXIV on campus. Reach out if you want to run something together.
